The city of Dublin recently hosted what is being recognized as Europe's largest tech apprenticeship fair, attracting over 5,000 attendees and more than 70 participating companies. The event, organized by FIT (Fastrack into Information Technology) in partnership with Ireland's Department of Further and Higher Education, aimed to connect aspiring tech professionals with leading employers in software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud computing.

Major technology firms such as Microsoft, Accenture, and IBM were present, offering information on apprenticeship pathways, on-the-job training, and career development opportunities. The fair also featured panel discussions on digital skills gaps, diversity in tech, and the evolving needs of the European technology sector.
